About me

Hi, I’m Sarah (she/her)—a certified Pantarei practitioner and dance teacher. Before working with the body, I spent years as an elementary school teacher, always drawn to creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and safe to be themselves.

That same intention runs through my somatic work today.

The Pantarei Approach has supported me in regaining trust in myself, listening deeply to what matters to me, and living with more clarity, intention and direction. It has also opened my eyes to the ways dominant systems—like capitalism, patriarchy, and consumer culture—encourage us to override our needs, disconnect from our emotions and bodies, and measure our worth by productivity.

Somatic work, for me, is a quiet act of resistance. A way to return to what is already whole within us.

I’m here to support you in finding your own way back—gently, honestly, and with care.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: your body holds deep wisdom.

In a world that often encourages disconnection—from ourselves, from our bodies, and from our emotions—it’s easy to lose touch with that wisdom.

I work based on the values and the code of ethics of the Pantarei Approach. In each session, I combine empathetic listening, touch, and movement to help you reconnect with your strengths and resources.

The goal is to create a safe space where you can explore your challenges and connect with what’s alive in your body, mind, and heart—with curiosity and presence.

This supports you in gaining a deeper sense of who you are, what you long for, and what your patterns and challenges might reveal about what truly matters to you.

Rather than offering answers or external solutions, this work helps you uncovering your own—allowing change to happen organically.

What happens in a session?

Each session is a co-creation—guided by your needs, your pace, and what feels meaningful to you in the moment. This work meets you where you are and unfolds naturally from there.

Usually, we begin with a conversation where we take time to connect and explore the topics you’re bringing with you.

From there, we gently invite your body into the experience through touch, breath, and movement. This usually takes place on a massage table, and you remain fully clothed throughout. I recommend wearing something comfortable that allows you to move and breathe with ease.

The session concludes with a period of rest, giving your body time to integrate the experience. We end with a short reflection to gently close the session together.

Sessions can be held in English or German.

My two beautiful practice spaces are at Innsbrucker Platz in Schöneberg (Tue/Fri) and Fehrbelliner Platz in Wilmersdorf (on request).

Duration of a session

In a world that moves faster every day, it's easy to feel rushed, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves. That's why I offer 80-minute sessions instead of the typical 60 minutes. This extra time allows us to slow down and truly settle into the experience —giving you the space to feel, reflect, and integrate more fully.
